Start with the setup guidance in the dashboard. If something fails, submit a structured report so the operator receives the platform, orientation, device, and diagnostic IDs.
Report a problemIs Vulcast a sign-in provider?
No. Twitch, Google, Kick, or Discord can sign you into Vulcast. Broadcast destinations are connected separately inside the stream dashboard.
Why is a destination disabled?
A destination needs a usable platform key and compatible stream orientation. Only one output per platform can be enabled for each stream while the relay is platform-keyed.
Why did my TikTok key stop working?
TikTok Live Producer issues temporary RTMP credentials. Replace the URL and key when TikTok starts a new session.
Is there a paid plan?
No. Vulcast is currently an invite-only beta with no subscription tiers or paid feature promises.
Before a live event
Run a private or unlisted test first, confirm the preview is receiving video, and keep a direct-to-platform OBS profile available while Vulcast remains in beta.
